Behind this gem are Luís and Carliane, a young couple who decided they wouldn’t just make any coffee. Both come from coffee-growing families but wanted to do it differently – more modernly, precisely, and most importantly, so that every bean would taste great. On their farm Sitio Penha in the Minas Gerais region, they grow Catuai and focus primarily on naturally processed coffees known for their richness and sweetness. They produce only 400 bags per year, so they really make sure each one is perfect.
