I expected a stronger taste from anaerobically processed coffee, this one is more "tea-like", so light and fresh.
When prepared using the method according to J. Hoffmann, it smells more like peaches with caramel, the chocolate does not fully develop (perhaps a different method will bring a different flavor profile).
In any case, the coffee is very good, a kind of golden middle ground for everyone who likes to enjoy a good cup and is not looking for anything too dense and distinctive. :)

Water temperature: 92°C
Grinder (settings): 22 clicks Timemore Chestnut C2
Process: Hoffmann method
