Immediately after opening, a beautiful sweet scent of apricots and marzipan wafts over you.
The resulting coffee smells of white chocolate and tastes distinctly of apricots, with a slight acidity of raspberries.
Really excellent coffee for me, I will definitely try it also for cold brew.

Preparation method: V60
Coffee (g): 20g
Water (g): 300ml
Water temperature: 94°C
Grinder (settings): 22 clicks (Timemore Chestnut C2)
Process: T.Kasuya method
