Probably the best grains I've had on a flat white in a while. At home, we are mainly lovers of Ethiopia, but this Brazil from dads on flat white is a top :)

Espresso preparation, 18.5g (best result) in my case higher acidity, nice pecan body, average sweetness, maybe a different preparation method would be more suitable for coffee.

I was pleasantly surprised by this coffee. I chose the mocha pot as the preparation method. The coffee has a very pleasant and intense nutty taste.
