Introducing a coffee that embodies Brazilian elegance and delicious smoothness – Brazil Daterra from The Coffee Collective. This espresso is processed using the pulped natural method, giving it a rich, full body and delicate acidity that beautifully complements its syrupy sweetness. In the flavor, you’ll taste notes of pecan nuts and chocolate, making it a perfect companion for lovers of sweet, smooth espressos. The blend of Catuaí and Bourbon varieties grown in the heart of Brazil will captivate you with its balance and intensity.
This coffee comes from the renowned Daterra farm, located in the Cerrado region of Brazil. Daterra is no ordinary farm – it’s a pioneer in sustainable coffee farming, with over 30 years of experience. Under the leadership of Luiz N. Pascoal, the farm focuses on experimental approaches to improving the quality of coffee beans and innovative processing methods. Thanks to this, it has gained international recognition and is one of the most respected farms in Brazil.
Brazil Daterra coffee underwent the pulped natural method, which combines the best of both washed and natural processing. After harvesting in April, the coffee cherries are partially de-pulped but retain enough of the sweetness naturally provided by the sunny Brazilian climate. The result is a cup with beautiful smoothness, sweetness, and minimal acidity, ideal for those who want to enjoy a creamy espresso with deep notes of chocolate and nuts.
