He is beautiful. I chose white.
It holds well, the ball on the handle is pleasant in the hand.
Grinds quickly and easily (switched from porlex mini). I enjoy the sound of grinding.
The coffee tastes good.
It seems to be grinding well. I haven't looked into consistency much yet because of static issues (see negatives). It always cracks me up.
I wonder if my rating is harsh, but if I knew about the static issues with the camandante, I would very likely choose a different grinder. Too bad none of the previous reviewers mentioned them. I was deciding between electric Wilfa, Fellow or this one. I have a Wilfa Svart at home (which I complained about twice due to engine problems, but the third one is running and I am satisfied). At work, I wanted to replace the old Porlex Mini with something that grinds well, faster and with less effort. The Comandante fulfills this requirement and I found grinding by hand to work fine, unfortunately the ground coffee with it behaves like an experiment in physics class with a fox tail and an ebonite rod. After grinding, it is stuck with static electricity from all sides of the container and the bottom of the grinder. You have to shake it so it doesn't fly to the sides when opened and even then it's not perfect, you leave a mess that you have to clean up (which you don't want at work) and it takes time. The rest of the coffee is kept from the bottom of the grinder and in the container. If I had to decide again, I don't know if I would rather choose the electric Wilfa.

Pleasant acidity and fruity taste with the right recipe
Long search for a usable recipe
With even a small change in the ratio of coffee and water, the taste quickly drops to average

Beautiful packaging
Super fruity notes and zero bitterness at the filter
Paradoxically, the mocha pot pulled out a fruitier and more acidic dose than the filter
Extraction with the filter takes a long time (clogs), I changed the grinding size 4 times.
Fruit and acidity could be more pronounced with a filter

espresso can be prepared easily
decaffeinated
the taste is not very interesting - the profile of a darker roasted coffee with a slight acidity
I would expect a lighter roast with this flavor profile

I eventually managed to get a hint of the fruity flavor from the profile, but it was a struggle.
Coffee too roasted for the filter
Sharp to unpleasant taste, it took a lot of experimentation, in the end extremely coarse grinding and low temperature plus more water to make the coffee tasty
