Performance Compact is the latest addition to the Wilfa family of coffee machines. As the name suggests, the manufacturers focused on high performance in a relatively small body. Thanks to its compact dimensions, this coffee maker fits on any kitchen counter.
The advanced brewing system maintains the ideal temperature (92-96 °C) from the first to the last drop, so you can enjoy the perfect coffee at any time. Fresh water is one of the basic parameters in the preparation of filtered coffee. With each use, all water is pumped out of the tank. Thanks to this, water does not remain in the system when you are not using the coffee machine and thus does not affect the taste of the resulting coffee. The water tank is removable, which facilitates filling with water and maintenance. The coffee machine's single button also serves as an indicator to remind you that cleaning is needed.
The unique dispersion shower ensures that blooming takes place and the coffee is always poured evenly. This way, all the flavors will be fully expressed. The coffee maker is also equipped with a hotplate that keeps the coffee warm for 40 minutes after brewing. It goes without saying that there is also a safeguard against dripping water from the filter onto the hot plate when the coffee pot is removed.
In order to get the maximum taste and aroma from the coffee, it is essential that the coffee machine works with the correct water temperature from the very beginning and throughout the preparation period. At the same time, it is important that the water does not flow over the coffee powder for too short or too long. Small variations can result in either sour or bitter coffee. These parameters are determined by the European Coffee Brewing Center (ECBC), which approved the coffee machine.
