Tricolate Brewer V2 - Unicorn Pink

The Tricolate coffee machine is one of the youngest drippers for the preparation of filtered coffee, which is beginning to gain in popularity among passionate coffee lovers and among those who are trying to get the maximum coffee extraction.

The construction consists of three parts made of Tritan, which is a durable BPA free plastic. Filter holder, container and shower.

Tricolate has been designed to extract coffee evenly. This is not only helped by the flat bottom where the filter is located. This helps to distribute the ground coffee evenly. Equally important is a shower that ensures even water distribution. Thanks to this, there is also no need to have a specialized kettle with a narrow neck.

Recipes for making coffee with Tricolate:

• traditional recipe (60 g coffee per 1000 ml water)
  • pour about the amount of water 2-3 times more than you have ground coffee
  • take the container in your hand and stir - let the coffee "bloom" for at least 35 seconds
  • then gradually pour in the rest of the water
  • the total extraction time should be between 3-4 minutes

• higher extraction - finer grinding (45 g of coffee per 1000 ml of water)
  • pour about the amount of water 2-3 times more than you have ground coffee
  • take the container in your hand and stir - let the coffee "bloom" for at least 35 seconds
  • then gradually add water
  • stir again at 1:30 with a container
  • top up with water if necessary
  • the total extraction time should be between 5:30 - 6:30 min
