The second edition of The World Atlas of Coffee by co-owner of Square Mile Coffee Roasters James Hoffmann. This is an updated coffee guide from beans to roasting. It is divided into three sections.
The first section talks you through different coffee varieties, from harvest to processing to roasting.
The second part examines how to get the best out of the coffee you buy at home. You'll be introduced to the seemingly infinite ways of making coffee at home, including espresso, as well as comprehensive details about anything coffee related from water to coffee grinders.
The third, and main part of the book is devoted to coffee-producing countries.
