Prepare great coffee at home! Thanks to the Barista Express™ Impress coffee machine with an integrated grinder and a built-in tamper, you can enjoy espresso or cappuccino at home just like in your favorite cafe.

Preparing a really great espresso has never been easier: the integrated conical grinder grinds the precisely set amount of coffee into the prepared lever, with a simple press of the lever you press the coffee and nothing prevents you from extracting the perfect coffee.

Key properties:

• Intelligent coffee dosing — the dose of freshly ground coffee is automatically calculated based on the last grind. The integrated conical grinder allows you to choose from 25 grinding coarseness settings.
• Impress Puck™ System — for optimal coffee extraction, correct dosing of coffee and its uniform tamping is inevitable. This is achieved by filling the exact dose of freshly ground coffee directly from the grinder into the center of the lever.
• Assisted tamping of coffee — the ground coffee is evenly tamped in the lever by a lever tamper that creates 10 kg of pressure and finally compresses the coffee with a slight rotation of seven degrees.
• Automatic coffee tamping correction — the digital tamper indicator monitors when the correct roughness of the coffee puck is reached in the lever. The system will automatically remember this setting.
• Professional 54 mm lever — you can achieve a full and complex coffee taste by dosing 18 g of freshly ground coffee beans that fit into a quality lever with a diameter of 54 mm.
• Low-pressure pre-brewing system — the perfect caramel crema for espresso is ensured by low-pressure pre-brewing, followed by high-pressure extraction.
• Powerful steam nozzle — the manual steam nozzle enables the preparation of fine creamy micro foam with the help of strong steam pressure at a temperature of 130 °C.
• Digital water temperature control — the innovative Thermocoil heating system with digital temperature control delivers hot water at exactly 93°C for a perfectly balanced taste.
• Dry Puck function —  an electronic valve to remove excess water from the coffee packed in the filter.
• Clean Me function — the light indicator indicates the need to start the cleaning process.
