The Sage model THE DUO-TEMP® PRO (BES810) is a lever coffee machine that is equipped with an automatic hot water drain function, which ensures that the coffee extraction water will always have the set temperature, even if you have previously frothed milk or dispensed hot water. Residual water after frothing milk or dispensing water is automatically released into the drip tray. This can never burn the coffee in the sieve.
The low-pressure pre-brewing system supplies water to the sieve with a pressure of approximately 2 to 4. This allows the coffee to swell in the sieve, releasing aroma and taste so that not only the coffee is extracted evenly at the next full pressure, but the resulting espresso exactly matches your preferences.
The coffee machine has a Thermocoil heating system, which is an integrated water heating system that easily and quickly heats water to a set temperature. The water passes through a metal pipe, in which it reaches an optimal and at the same time stable temperature, which is especially important for the preparation of your favorite coffee.
