About Mlsnacava

Mlsnacava Roastery is a project that has been forming in boys' heads for more than 8 years now. Šimon Staš, René Hauser and Matúš Gulbiš are the masterminds behind this project. You may know these guys from their company STACOMB Coffee Consultants Company that sells premium technologies in Slovakia (Nuova Simonelli, Victoria Arduino, Fetco, Cafetto, Acaia, Fellow, ..), training (Latte Art, Barista Skills, Brewing and extraction) and now they also roast their own speciality coffee!

Together, these colleagues travelled to many countries, learning about new technologies and new and innovative processes of sourcing, processing and roasting coffee. They brought all these new and valuable knowledge back to the heart of Slovakia- Banská Bystrica. They can be proud of being the only SCA certified trainers in Slovakia and also one of the only three Q Graders.

"We are a group of guys who have travelled to countless countries in search of coffee and continue to do so. We like to get to know the world, different cultures and, of course, we also notice new trends, because this lets us change things for the better or do things differently. This is how our story came about, how we connected coffee with our worldview from the very beginning. We believe there's no room for compromise when it comes to quality, and therefore we roast so that your path to new and perhaps unknown tastes is as simple as possible. Mlsnacava is a reflection of our perception of the world - a world without compromises. In our newly emerging roastery, the technological background is very important to us. For this, we trained with the best in Copenhagen and were inspired by their technology. Our long-term goal is to bring the first-class Loring roaster to Slovakia and introduce the idea of shared roasting for several roasters. "

The Hario Mini Mill Slim PLUS hand grinder is a rejuvenated version of its older predecessor with the same name, the Hario Mini Mill Slim grinder.

The main difference compared to the older version (Hario Mini Mill Slim) is an upgrade in the mechanism of the grinding lever. The old mechanism was based on a pentagon, which could wear out over time. The new version comes with a hexagon, thanks to which the already cult-favourite grinder is even better.

The Hario Mini Mill PLUS coffee grinder is a first-class product from the Japanese company Hario. As one of the many grinders on the market, it offers comfort when grinding coffee beans thanks to high-quality ceramic burrs. Its ergonomic design has been designed for easy handling. With the grinder, you can grind 15 g of coffee in less than a minute, which is the ideal amount for preparing a coffee on an Aeropress, Chemex or V60 drip.

Highlights

  • Suitable for all alternative coffee preparations.
  • Ergonomic design with a comfortable grip.
  • Improved grinding mechanism compared to the old version
  • 15g of coffee in 1 minute.

How to set up the desired coarseness of grinding?

Adjusting the coarseness on the Hario Mini Mill PLUS is easy. Just turn the nut on the bottom of the grinder to the right (finer grind) or left (coarser grind) and your grinder will be ready to use. We recommend grinding the coffee for a maximum of 15 minutes before preparing it, otherwise, it may lose its characteristic properties and reduce the enjoyment you can get from your coffee adventure.

  • Easy adjustment with a nut on the bottom of the grinding mechanism.
  • Try to grind the coffee no more than 15 minutes before preparing it.

How to clean the Hario Mini Mill Slim PLUS hand grinder?

The Hario Mini Mill is simply disassembled by turning the nut on the bottom of the grinding mechanism to the left. Subsequently, the grinder is disassembled into several parts, and the grinding ceramic burrs can be washed under running water.

The Hario Mini Mill is ideal for the kitchen, work or travel. But if you are looking for something bigger, we recommend the Hario Skerton.
