The modified version of the hand grinder Hario Skerton with the PLUS feature has arrived. As elegant, functional and easy to use as ever, the new version is equipped with a stabilising plate that makes your grinding experience even more comfortable. In addition to the PLUS version, we can offer you the PRO version, which is enhanced with a hexagonal handle, making it even more accurate and efficient.  

Similarly to its predecessor, the Hario Skerton PLUS dons a rubber pad on its bottom section, which prevents it from slipping around on your counter and creates a feeling of support while you're grinding.

To adjust the grinding thickness, you must disassemble the entire grinder
The screw on the top of the grinder loosens
The rubber on the bottom of the container makes no sense, it falls out and I'm surprised I haven't lost it yet
The overall width of the grinder is huge, it cannot be properly grasped in the hand (even in a man's hand, not only in a woman's). The grinding process itself is one big pain.
The last year that I own this grinder, I blame myself for this decision. Rather a bit more expensive Timemore, it doesn't make sense with this one.

unanchored axis, the stone "swings" during coarse grinding
silicone mat holds/does not hold (who grinds with a grinder on the table?)

Simple maintenance - everything can be disassembled and washed and can also be put in the dishwasher

compared to the all-metal Hario slim, it holds better and grinds better
I appreciate the larger volume, our coffee disappears quickly and we had to keep grinding
a great trick is the lid on the lower glass part - you grind and close the cap, so the coffee retains its aroma, even if you have ground in advance
the promotional price is also great
it took a while before we struggled with setting the coarseness of grinding, but that's more our fault :D
