Hario Mizudashi offers everything you could want for a cold brew, nicely in one container. ⚗️ You let the coffee brew in a strong plastic strainer that does not let even a speck pass through. You put it in an elegant glass container with a volume of up to 600 ml and close everything with a plastic lid.

With Mizudashi, you don't have to worry about how to easily prepare the perfect cold brew and then filter it. Pour freshly ground coffee – you can go for something sweeter 🍭 – into the filter and snap it into the neck of the carafe. Pour up to 600 ml of cold water directly over the coffee, stir (we have stirrers) and close the lid. Now comes the hardest part: waiting 12-24 hours for the coffee to macerate. Then you just take out the strainer and you have a beautifully clean cold brew ready. 👌 In addition, the filter can be unscrewed from the bottom and you can easily get the coffee out of it.
