Fellow Stagg EKG kettle: put antlers on ordinary kettles
San Francisco's Fellow has created an iconic kettle with a swan spout that graces the table of many a pro barista. Thanks to its precise water heating and perfect water distribution, you'll undoubtedly love it too.
First-class design without the frills
Stagg's unique body is made of sturdy stainless steel with a matte black finish on the outside and a glossy finish on the inside. ✨ A specially shaped spout with a beak for precise pouring of water onto the coffee bed. The teapot is easily accessed by removing the plastic lid and is conveniently gripped by the plastic handle, which is unusually shaped to resemble an antler. 🦌 Then you'll find three buttons on the heating platform. On the back you switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit (a kettle from the US, let's be lenient), on the front you have a minimalist dial to adjust the temperature and a circular display to show the current water degrees. 🌡️ No more unnecessary stuff, just functional elements.
Precisely hot water in one turn
The Fellow Stagg EKG is made for alternative coffee brewing, which will go down like a charm. Flip off the lid, pour in the desired amount of water (the kettle can hold up to 900ml), pop the lid off and it's on to the temperature setting. You start the kettle by pressing the black dial, which you simply turn to set your desired temperature to within 1°C. There is no need to press or press anything further, the kettle starts heating the water by itself. Once the liquid is heated to your liking, you can start watering. Thanks to the special shape of the spout, you have perfect control over the water distribution and achieve a slow and uniform flow. 💧 So you always wet your coffee precisely and evenly.
Unfussy design with medal
At first glance, it's clear that Fellow has succeeded in bringing an exceptional looking product to market with the Stagg kettle. For its unique look, the kettle has received the renowned Red Dot Design Award in the home design category. 🥇 As an added bonus for those moments of boredom, Fellow has put the equivalent of Nokia's legendary snake on display .
