Fellow Stagg ECG 0.9l - black kettle
Elegant
Easy
He holds very well
Ideal for recipes requiring low flow (osmotic flow, etc.)
Quick
Does not excite to achieve the desired temperature like that do Timemore kettle (maybe at the expense of accuracy)
The low flow and the very short -lasting laminar current make it impossible to influence coffee ripping in any way, which makes it unusable to prepare the V60, for example, according to Lanka Hedrick or Arams
A dull angle of a goose neck makes it impossible to get close to the surface at the V60
Virtually unusable for anything else, because even pour a cup of tea becomes annoying
Maintaining temperature is quite slow and delayedly responds to changes until I started to say how much it is really accurate
The wheel is well controlled, but it can seal with
At the first use, he went a lot of burning plastic, which may disappear over time, but at this price ...
Even though I wanted to like it a lot, I had to return it in the end, because it was practically unusable and the low flow was very empty and weak V60ky (fortunately it is very simple with the Kofio account and Kofio was very helpful and generous in this respect)
I exchanged for Timemore Fish Pro and I am much happier

After a year and a half of use, I have to say that I'm still excited about the kettle and when I see it somewhere other than my kitchen, I still can't get over how elegant and good it looks.
Adjustable temperature in degrees
Possibility to turn on the stopwatch on the display
Simple on/off button and temperature setting in one.
Another two mechanical buttons for on/off temperature holding and changes from degrees Celsius to degrees Fahrenheit
Rubberized mat under the kettle (doesn't make noise when placed on the station)
Option to purchase wooden accessories such as (handle and lid top)
Although more expensive, I would say that it is really worth it.
She's just great
Once it happened to me that while cooking, dough fell on the button and as it got under the wheel it was difficult to clean it. (then it was more difficult to control) only ant's work with a toothpick helped - it's a shame that the wheel can't be removed
It's more like coffee or tea than it goes through the gooseneck, it takes time. It doesn't bother me personally, but my girlfriend is a little chatty about it... :))

Water boiling speed
Flow
Processing/Convenience when watering
I switched from classic Hario Buono teapots and copper ones. The copper probably stuck to me the best btw. But in general I started to have a problem with having to put the kettle on the stove before the water boils etc. The Fellow kettle is more expensive, but I just knew right away that it was worth it when I had water boiled in a fraction of the time (mainly there is a built-in thermometer - no thermometers, with dubious accuracy, inserted through a drilled hole in the lid), I think that this may have a positive effect on the consumption of electricity.

Hello, what is the difference between Fellow Stagg and Fellow Stagg PRO kettles?
Translated from Kofio.cz Show Original
Have a nice day, Lucia. The Fellow Stagg EKG is a basic model with precise temperature settings, a simple LED display and a 60-minute temperature hold function. The Fellow Stagg EKG Pro adds a more advanced display, Wi-Fi connectivity, programmable profiles, scheduled start, and extended keep-warm time. Pro is ideal for those who want more customization and modern features. Have a nice day! :)

Hi, can it keep the temperature? And to what minimum temperature can it heat water?
Translated from Kofio.cz Show Original
Vojtěch Veselý: Good day, Vojtěch! :)
The lowest level to which water can be heated is 40°C.
The kettle can maintain the required temperature. The temperature retention time can be set on the kettle to 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
Hi! can it be used with a voltage of 220v?
Translated from Czech Show Original
Roberto:

Hello,

kettles sold in Europe are made to be connected to a network where the voltage in normal households is 220V, so yes. :)

#Zdena Kohoutková: How are you all using this within Czech Republic if the voltage is 120V?

What is the end prongs? Is this require an adapter to use within cz?

Edward Euclide:

Good day. :)

This is an E-type plug - it is also called a French socket and it is the most used terminal of electrical appliances in Central Europe.

Sincerely
