Every barista knows that the most efficient way to prepare coffee is, so the coffee will be delicious and ready quickly. The grinding roughness is adjusted by turning the micrometer control knob on the top of the grinder. Grinding is very consistent and relatively fast - for espresso it can handle 1.4 - 1.8 g / s, for coarser grinding 1.9 - 2.5 g / s.
