Thanks to a year and a half of research and development, the DEEP 27 has brought a whole new dimension to coffee preparation. It can create a sufficient filtering layer (surface), even from one cup of ground coffee. The rate of water addition from above is the same as the rate of coffee liquid extraction from below. Thanks to this, coffee prepared with DEEP 27 offers much more richness and sweetness, while emphasizing the unique characteristics of each coffee and extracting only pleasant flavor components.
The DEEP 27 boasts perfectly designed ribbing and an ideal bottom hole size, ensuring that the paper filter stays firmly in place until the end of the drip and the preparation speed remains consistent. The shape of the dripper was designed to make it easy to prepare coffee directly into the cup. Thanks to the curved base of the dripper, there is more distance between it and the cup, which prevents the tip of the paper from dipping directly into the coffee and this prevents the filter itself from cracking and puncturing.
