Petra Davies Veselá first published her "Book on Coffee" in 2010, and since then many changes have taken place in the coffee world. The concept of specialty coffee has become more common and quality coffee is now a matter of course for many people around the world. The number of cafes and roasters is growing, which ensures a wide range of quality coffee. A lot has changed for the author since the book was first published. Petra visited coffee plantations, sat on juries at the World Barista Championship, and also got married, which influenced her further career. She sold her cafe and together with her husband they improved their two training centers and started their own coffee roaster.
