Water temperature maintenance mode
Memory for several preset temperatures
When measuring the water temperature, I found that the kettle shows one degree more than the actual water temperature (in the range of 93 - 96 degrees). It's not such a problem, if you know about it, you adapt
When setting the temperature, the kettle slows down the heating a few degrees before reaching it, but turns it off only when the desired temperature is reached. Residual heat then causes heating by one to two degrees more.

A very good buy. I never thought that stopwatches and preset temperatures could be such a useful thing. I definitely recommend it for every chemex and V60 user.
