Ceramic bowls are far from perfect. They are expensive to transport, they break easily due to their material and steal the heat from the coffee. Cupping bowls from the Barista Hustle brand solve all these problems. Founder Matt Perger was primarily concerned with making the cups themselves as easy to handle as possible and making the coffee taste perfect. In addition, each bowl weighs ~43g, which is absolutely crucial compared to the minimum of 250g for ceramics. Its lightness thus ensures easier handling and a more convenient possibility of transporting the bowl wherever you need it. The strong high-density polyethylene (HDPE), from which the bowls are made, is rigid and will easily survive all possible falls.
