The glass is really thin, it weighs almost nothing, compared to the Hario switch it is about a third as thick, thermal retention is almost negligible, especially with wave filters, where the contact is practically only from below
Ideal for 185 filters, they protrude a few mm after pouring, but not all the way around

The official spec states that the glass version has a slower flow rate than plastic and porcelain, but is still noticeably faster than the kalita wave, which has a flat bottom with a small indentation and three ridiculously small holes
The dripper can be removed from the circular holder and has very convenient maintenance
Kalita 185 filters cost approx. 2 CZK per piece, same as cafec abaca 02 and a third cheaper than chemex
Storage is worse, the dripper does not stand completely stable on a level by itself and I am afraid that I will drop it when, for example, I take a mug next to me
It seems fragile, it is very thin glass
The plastic V60 offers more for less than a quarter of the price, but the price is great for a glass dripper
