This unique grinder, designed, processed and manufactured, was created thanks to the Kickstarter campaign and is made in the UK from the first to the last piece.
The body of the grinder is made of high grade aluminum and precisely made as one piece. The unique folding design allows you to place the grinder inside the Aeropress and thus have the grinder always at hand. Grinding will be taken care of by Feldgrind (the highest range of grinding mechanisms from Knock) with a diameter. Thanks to the unique roughness adjustment system, you never have to disassemble the grinder again - you simply set it on the numerical scale of the lid, which the handle of the grinder will help you with. Wonderfully simple! We tested the stones and surprised us with their great consistency even with fine grinding on espresso.
The mill has 390 grams and a capacity of 22-27g. We will definitely have this Knock available for inspection and trial at our cafes, so the state will "touch" it. Or buy straight away, because for us it's about the best we offer in the field of hand grinding.
