balanced taste
combination of fruity taste and fullness
the aroma of coriander seeds, lemon jelly and toasted bread crust
the dregs smell like lemon jelly in chocolate
price, but if you don't drink it several times a day, it doesn't matter

After the first sniff of the beans, it is clear to you that this is anaerobically processed coffee - the smell is very distinct and spicy - which is also reflected in the resulting cup. Although it is not mentioned in the flavor profile, I could smell chocolate and strawberries from it.
Blueberries and rum come to the fore in the taste, the coffee has a full body and is very intense. The acidity is a little higher, so I can say straight away that this coffee is definitely not for everyone.
Anaerobicly processed coffees have their own specific taste, the fermentation is really noticeable there. But absolutely ideal for lovers of these types of coffee, another great taste experience for me.
