Pralines and blackberries either cannot be smelled or are somewhere very far behind.
It primarily tastes like dry uninteresting cookies.
Even when ground more coarsely, it tastes unpleasantly bitter.
At the beginning I thought to myself that it is still freshly roasted, it may not be good, I will let it sit for a while. Unfortunately, almost 4 weeks after roasting, it tastes bad.

Tried V60 and Aeropress. It's a bit better on the second one, but it still doesn't taste much.
