British roaster Brew Coffee Plus, located in the heart of England - London, is the right choice if you expect quality, transparency and pure flavors from a roaster.

Brew Coffee Plus is not quite an ordinary roastery, it is actually a team of select coffee experts who have come together for a common interest in coffee origin and quality. It is a relatively new addition to the coffee world, when the roastery was opened in April 2019 with the vision and mission of roasting the best possible coffee with full flavor.

The roastery was founded by Enea Muskaj after he sold his shares from his previous business. The business was very successful, but it did not make Enea as happy as coffee. He had a big coffee dream so he decided to invest all his money in this new baby. In 2019, his dream of making a living from something that really fulfills him came true and he can now devote himself 100% to coffee.

His coffee right-hand man is Tom Mísař, who crossed Aeneas' path. And you guessed it right, Tom is Czech. He comes from Bruntál and originally went to London for a short job painting walls. But in the end it ended up being different and now he is a proud part of the BrewFamily. During his stay in London, he changed several cafes and even participated in the Coffee Masters coffee competition.

Brew Coffee Plus focuses on three main areas:

1. Origin linked to premium quality
They purchase coffees with character that are true representatives of their origins. Mostly seasonal single origin and microlots with high traceability.

2. Education and support
Coffee is complex, although the preparation process may not be. Her goal is to show people that coffee can be a fantastically rich and rewarding experience.

3. Cooperation
By collaborating with like-minded individuals, they seek to build new approaches to creative work for the common good.

With every cup drunk from this roaster, you are also actively supporting local communities, small farmers growing coffee instead of narcotics (Myanmar with a history in Opium and Colombia with the Coca Plant Association) and, in the case of the Organic range, the environment as well.
