Better than similar from Fiftybeans, shorter fermentation but more intense taste
At first taste it may seem to have only one flavour, but try if you can maybe a very long ratio (1:20 - 1:30), it has enough flavour for that.
An amazing capuccino with a pinch of sugar, or a long or short white.
Addictive.
It can cut decaf, or an intense classic coffee (maybe something more common from Brazil, Colombia or ideally India).
The degree of infusion practically negates the fact that it's coffee, but that's sort of to be expected.
I guess it's not for everyone.
Recipe
Method of preparation: arbitrarily, everything works. From an extra intense espresso to an almost strawberry tea from, say, Tricolate. I find it absolutely luxurious phin filtered into warm milk with a pinch of sugar. If it were summer, it would make an excellent cold brew.
