A real cherry bomb (according to the description) it is, I agree.
Nice grain color.
Extraction beautiful and smooth.
Fresh coffee delivered soon after roasting.
Minimal crema, rather embarrassing. Although I've seen worse.
The flavor profile is pretty cherry and then nothing.
Taste in profile Sacher cake? Probably after a good joint. Otherwise I don't know.
The taste is inert, rather empty.
This coffee is moderately good for a cappuccino. When hiding the whole shot under the milk, it is relatively a coffee for every day. For Espresso preparation, this is dismal. I am sorry.
I smell rum pralines somewhere in the back. Just maybe and only after what I read on the packaging that they are supposed to be there.
Score 85.5 b.

I tried familiar recipes as well as tried and tested modifications; Hoffmann, Kasuya, Winton, Hedrick. I used a plastic and metal V60 from Hario and a Mugen dripper. Filtered and bottled water. Temperatures from 90 to 100°C. Fine and coarse degree of grinding. I was looking forward to the taste of vanilla and cherry cola, but unfortunately I couldn't make the coffee in a way that I could smell more than 50 shades of cocoa.
The coffee is not packaged in a resealable package.
