I prepared this coffee on V60. First brew was not so good, but then i grind beans finer (18 clicks on Comandante) and brew was perfect. So sweet coffee, rummy taste is incredible and despite fine grind coffee was not overextracted (probably because of nice roast). Acidity is pleasant. I will definitely try more coffee from this roaster in the future.
