The taste profile fully corresponds to the description, I haven't had such good Ethiopia in a long time. Light but layered taste with a pleasant acidic finish.

The flavor profile does not match at all. Taste defects such as a papery taste or ash are manifested.
Significant astringency and unpleasant aftertaste.
It definitely does not deserve the label "Kofio recommends" and it is completely out of the question in terms of price.
