Really excellent coffee, the primary taste of marakuji is distinctive and at the same time very well integrated.
I was surprised by the package - a jar that is only closed with a lid without "sewing" an airtight foil
Given the taste is probably a bit of a question of how fermentation (and possible co-fermentation) ...
